Dr. Shandowlyon's intellectual aptitude, human consciousness, goal/results-driven performance, leadership experience and communication skills enable her to approach challenges with a flair for innovation and creative problem solving. Dr. Shandowlyon has over 25 years of experience in public, private, charter and higher education. She established a non-profit based on an identified community need in 2001 and continues to coach the current chief executive officer. She has served as a career executive at a state education agency and currently serves at the executive level of state government. Having been in the "eye of the storm", Dr. Shandowlyon has mastered the ability to adapt to change while leading others along the trajectory towards continuous improvement using her knowledge, skills and dispositions.
